This magnificent castle in the heart of Burgundy, Château de Chailly, dating from the 16th century and full of history was acquired by a Japanese investor over thirty years ago. Yasuhiko SATA completely renovated the castle and built an 18-hole golf course and created the four-star golf resort which opened in 1990.
Today, Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly boasts 45 bedrooms, 8 apartments, restaurants, bars and Spa which makes this resort an ideal location for a getaway to explore Burgundy, summer holidays, golf vacation and even a convenient stopover on the way to the south of France.
Additionally, given our various function rooms we are are well situated for company meetings, family gatherings, group event and weddings!

How to get here
Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly is situated 10 minutes from the A6 and A38 motorway exits at Pouilly-en-Auxois.
At the motorway exit, follow signs to Saulieu and the hotel is just 5 minutes from leaving the town of Pouilly-en-Auxois.
3 electrical car charges (2 dedicated for Tesla cars).
The Dijon Ville train station (TGV) is about 45 minutes away from the hotel. You can either rent a car directly at the train station or take a taxi to the hotel (it is recommended to reserve a taxi in advance).

You can arrive by your own private plan (Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, etc.) and land at Pouilly-Maconge (LFEP) airfield. We can organise a shuttle for the transfer to/from hotel. The airfield is just 15 minutes away from the hotel.
